Portland also won their first game since the arrests, with Brazil-born Tiago Splitter stepping in as interim coach in Chauncey's non-attendance and leading the team to a decisive 139-119 victory against the Golden State Warriors.

League Commissioner Adam Silver 'Disturbed' by Arrests
Addressing the detentions for the first time, NBA commissioner Adam Silver said he was "deeply disturbed" by the incidents of the past few days.
"Nothing is more critical to the league and its fans than the integrity of the competition," he informed Amazon Prime. "Therefore I had a pit in my stomach. It was very upsetting."
Silver also said an NBA investigation into Rozier's conduct in spring 2023, when there was "unusual wagering" in a match he participated for the Charlotte Hornets against the Pelicans, found nothing untoward.
"It was brought to our attention by the regulators and the betting companies," he continued.
"We investigated that situation and were very transparent about it. And while there was the unusual wagering, we, frankly, found no evidence.
"The federal government has legal authority... [it] can impose penalties, can take various actions that the NBA can't do.
"Therefore, we've been cooperating from that point. And, of course, what they announced recently was an indictment.
"Moreover two and a half years after, he has not been found guilty of any offense, in fairness to Rozier.
"Clearly, it appears unfavorable, but he's been put on administrative leave, and so it is a compromise here between upholding rights and conducting an inquiry."
