The former president's Granddaughter Seeks Expert Advice from Golf Legend Woods Prior to Professional Golf First Appearance

Kai Trump will have numerous high-profile backers when she starts her LPGA debut later this week.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be connected to Donald Trump, received a sponsor's invitation to play at Florida's Annika event in Florida.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, owns several courses worldwide and regularly matches against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she revealed.

Kai explained that her grandfather, unable to come, advised her: "Simply stay calm."

"He basically advised me to play and relax," she added.

"To me, he's simply a regular grandfather. He can't make it this weekend. He's occupied with running the country, making him somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, Kai has played in a mere three competitions this year and maintains the 461st position in AJGA standings.

Yet she's able to get advice from golf legend, romantically involved with Vanessa.

"He represents the greatest golfer worldwide," Kai stated.

"Furthermore, he's an even better individual. He advised me to go out there, have fun, following the flow."

She'll challenge some of top competitors in the sport at this tournament, such as world number two Nelly Korda, England's Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Officials mentioned that involving Kai exposes the sport to wider groups, particularly with younger fans.

The social media influencer has a massive following and just introduced a personal clothing and lifestyle label.
